Since 2013, North Star has been a vibrant gathering place for the LGBTQIA+ community in Winston-Salem and beyond. Located in downtown Winston-Salem, we offer a safe, inclusive space where everyone is welcome to connect, find support, and simply be themselves.

Our mission is to foster community across intersecting identities through advocacy, compassion, education, and service. Whether you're looking for community, resources, or a sense of belonging, North Star is here for you.
